…A new addition to our team this year; Chef Randy Dunbar.
He brings with him over 30 years of International experience as a Certified Continental Chef (CCC). He has worked at numerous prestigious restaurants in different regions around the world including Venice, Rome, London and Glasgow to name a few. He had his own restaurant in Shelburne where he was awarded Best Fine Dining Establishment in Dufferin County as well as Entrepreneur of the Year. Since then he has founded and taught at his own Culinary School in Dufferin County and more recently joined our team. He has inspired us to expand our culinary horizons offering food styling and extensive knowledge for our kitchen. Chef Randy along with our cordial staff will surely be an asset to any event hosted at the Rotary Glen.

Catering can be arranged for larger offsite events and we are very familiar with the logistics of catering to manufacturing environments as well.
