Your special day will begin with the full use of the hall for the ceremony with access to the grounds and our Gazebo for your pictures. There are NO other events taking place onsite except yours; a very private and intimate setting perfect for your Wedding.

For your ceremony the hall will be set with an aisle of covered chairs leading to the foyer stairs. A registration Table with white linen is set at the top of the stairs for the Marriage Certificate signing. A simple walk down our spiral staircase towards your guests and wedding party will be magical. Ministers for your Ceremony are available as a referral.

Personalized Invitations
You have your choice of Printed Invitations and Reply Cards from a variety of over twelve different invitation books. You coordinate the invitation to suit the theme you would like to portray to your guests; elegant, romantic, fun, etc. The choices are endless.

A Beautiful Wedding Cake
Choose from one of our 10 freshly baked, 3 tier Wedding Cakes with your choice of flavors, fillings, and Creative Designs. Your Wedding Cake will be displayed on a decorated and Lit Half Moon table.

Professional Disk Jockey Services
Our Professional Disk Jockey services include background music during cocktails and Dinner with full use of Sound System for speeches. After dinner the Disk Jockey will play Current and Classical Music and any other requests you might have to keep the party going until the closing of your evening.

State of the art audio/video capabilities for slideshow presentations available on site as well as sound system and / or musicians for the outdoor ceremony, please discuss with events coordinator

RECEPTION HALL DECOR:
Reception Hall will be professionally decorated with chair covers, choice of table linens and napkin colors to suite your Wedding Theme.

Head table and Wedding Cake Table are decorated with Ivory Chiffon Swags, laced with Mini White Lights.

Spiral Staircase lined with Sheer Fabric and Mini White Lights

Gift or Guestbook Table decorated with Damask, Floor Length Tablecloths.

Cruiser Tables are decorated with Damask, Floor Length Tablecloths.

Each Guest Table is complimented with a choice of Fresh Cut Flowers, Roses or Carnations, accented with greenery in our glass vases. Or in lieu of your centerpieces our flowers will be set in arrangements on the Gift Table, Bar, and Ladies & Men’s Restrooms

Iridescent Crush Overlays in a variety of shimmering accent colours and sizes are available (Champagne Gold, Copper, Platinum, Velvet Red, Midnight Blue, White Sand, etc.)

RECEPTION SERVICES:

Our Professional and courteous, fully uniformed Staff; including your Event Banquet Manager will look after all of your needs that evening

Your Guests will be greeted with a Non-Alcoholic Fruit Punch and a variety of Domestic and Imported Cheeses served with Crackers, on decorated platters

Our Staff will continue to pass Guests a variety of hot and cold Hors D’oeurves from our New Selection

1 Litre of Oak Aged Chardonnay and 1 Litre of Merlot are decanted and presented to each table: and are available at the bar following dinner

Traditional Caesar salad with real bacon bits, homemade croutons, and parmesan cheese tossed in Rotary Glens Classic Caesar dressing

Greek Salad with Leaf and Romaine lettuce tossed with calamata olives, feta cheese, purple onions, and cucumbers tossed in a Feta Cheese Dressing

5 Leaf Garden salad tossed with tomatoes and cucumbers and served with a light Balsamic vinaigrette

Roasted Triple AAA Top Sirloin of Beef – Aged 21 Days or more. Marinated with our Famous traditional spices. Freshly carved and served with Yorkshire pudding, Roasted Garlic, and Homemade Gravy garnished with Fresh Rosemary. A family recipe that made us famous in Brampton over 50 years ago

Chicken Kiev - 7 oz. Fresh, Canadian Grade A Chicken Breast lightly breaded; stuffed with Herbs and Garlic and dressed with a Tomato Basil or a White Wine, Mushroom Cream Sauce served with roasted garlic and garnished with Fresh Dill.
